Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Position Overview
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring a high level of service to internal users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and user accounts
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 and other enterprise applications
  • Manage user access, permissions, and password resets (Active Directory or similar tools)
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes in a ticketing system
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (equipment setup, account provisioning)
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper asset tracking
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams as needed
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security best practices
