Weekly 20 Hours Hybrid Role  
Responsibilities:
<ul> <li>Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration</li> <li>Confident troubleshooting hardware and software across macOS and Windows</li> <li>Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365</li> <li>Familiarity with SSO/identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) and endpoint-security tooling (CrowdStrike or similar) — or the ability to ramp up quickly</li> <li>Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS) for connectivity triage</li> <li>Solid grasp of security best practices: patching, least privilege, MFA, data protection</li> <li>Strong customer-service orientation — you explain technical issues in plain language</li> <li>Organized and self-directed: tickets, documentation, and follow-through don't slip</li> <li>Vocational training or a degree in IT/Computer Science is a plus, not a requirement</li>
