Job Details

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep our people and locations running. You will handle day-to-day desktop support and help our small team as we modernize. This is a great fit for a recent graduate or someone early in their IT career who has drive, initiative, and a can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Image and set up laptops and desktops
• Install and update software
• Work and resolve help desk tickets
• Support Microsoft 365 users and accounts
• Help with hardware and asset tracking
• Pitch in on larger projects, including POS and barcoding rollouts
• Jump in wherever the team needs you

What We’re Looking For:

• Help desk, desktop support, internship, or IT coursework experience (new grads welcome)
• Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365
• Drive, initiative, and a team-player attitude
• Curiosity and willingness to figure things out under pressure
• Ability to work on-site in Battle Creek, MI
