You'll work closely with our Senior Systems Engineer and gain valuable experience across multiple areas of IT operations and infrastructure.What You'll DoProvide friendly, responsive technical support to employees across all departmentsTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, connectivity, and user access issuesManage service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer serviceEscalate complex issues when appropriate and follow through to successful completionCreate, maintain, and manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and ONWiseConfigure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, peripherals, and software applicationsSupport new employee onboarding by preparing equipment, configuring system access, and assisting with technology orientationAssist with IT projects and technology initiatives under the guidance of senior IT staffMaintain accurate inventory and asset records for company technology equipmentIdentify recurring issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experienceRequired Skills / Experience:Associate degree or technical certification from an accredited technical college preferred1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, service desk, desktop support, or a related IT roleWorking knowledge of Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, user account administration, and common desktop support practiceExperience with Active Directory user and group administrationFamiliarity with basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, wireless connectivity, and VPN accessComprehensive Benefits:Competitive salary wage (40 hrs/week)Annual Performance Evaluation w/ Compensation ReviewBright, Modern Work Spaces9 Paid Holidays (per year)Paid Vacation Days401K Retirement Plan (100% company match up to 4% of income w/ immediate vesting)Insurance - paid benefits include Health, AD&D, Life and L/T DisabilityVoluntary benefits include Dental, Vision, Life and S/T DisabilityConvenient suburban location near intersection of I-270 and I-44 in southwest St. Louis County.
