Presidio is hiring an onsite IT Support Specialist for their manufacturing client located in Crawfordsville, IN.
The IT Support Specialist will provide desktop support and assist with Microsoft-based technologies and desktop imaging. Candidates with hands-on desktop support and/or engineering support experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities / Skills:
- Provide onsite desktop and end-user support
- Troubleshoot Windows/Microsoft hardware and software issues
- Desktop/laptop imaging, deployment, and configuration
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Assist with user setups, equipment deployments, and general IT support
- Troubleshoot connectivity, application, and peripheral issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
Desired Background: Presidio is open to candidates with either:
Desktop Support experience focused on Windows, Microsoft 365, imaging, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user support; or Mid-Level Engineer experience with a deeper Microsoft technical background supporting desktop, systems, imaging, and infrastructure environments.
Schedule: Onsite 5 Days/Week
Duration: 6 months
