IT Support

In this role, youll immediately contribute by supporting our current branch network, and play a key part in onboarding and setting up technology for new locations as theyre added. In addition to handling typical IT support duties, you'll be expected to immerse yourself in learning and supporting the Eclipse ERP system used across the company.

Inline Electric Supply is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician with a strong foundation in general IT support and a willingness to develop expertise in the Eclipse ERP software system. In this role, youll immediately contribute by supporting our current branch network, and play a key part in onboarding and setting up technology for new locations as theyre added. In addition to handling typical IT support duties, you'll be expected to immerse yourself in learning and supporting the Eclipse ERP system used across the company. This is a hands-on role that will require occasional travel to various Inline Electric Supply branches. Key Responsibilities: Respond to IT support tickets in order of priority, addressing computer-related issues for employees Support and troubleshoot the Eclipse ERP software system Set up and configure hardware, software, and devices for new and existing users Travel to Inline Electric branches to assist with setup, troubleshooting, and general IT needs Maintain and monitor internal network, servers, and related infrastructure Ensure timely software updates and system maintenance Order or replace broken equipment as needed Provide training and support to users on Eclipse and other systems Collaborate with the IT team and leadership on new branch setup and onboarding Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or leadership team Required Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn and adapt quickly, especially in understanding new software like Eclipse ERP Excellent multitasking and time management skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Patience and a proactive approach to resolving issues Education and Experience: Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related field preferred Prior experience in IT support roles is preferred Experience with Microsoft systems is required Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Eclipse) is a strong plus Valid drivers license and clean driving record No history of drug or alcohol abuse Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to climb, reach, grasp, and crouch Ability to lift or carry 30 lbs. or more Clear vision with color perception and close focus Ability to listen, speak clearly, and communicate effectively
