Job Title: Entry Level IT Support
Location: Chandler, AZ 85224
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 day onsite in a week)
Client Industry: Banking/Finance
Duration: 18-24 Months Contract [Possibility of FTE conversion]
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
About the Role
We are hiring a Entry Level IT Support. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the Fortune 10 companies in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal users through phone and live chat.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to MS applications and proprietary systems.
- Manage multiple live chats while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues within established guidelines.
- Clearly document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in support tickets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to second-line support teams with accurate and detailed documentation.
- Work closely with peers, technical Subject Matter Experts, and global support teams.
- Prioritize multiple requests while maintaining service-level and quality expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Entry level college/university grads.
- Excellent Communication, Client Care / Customer Service skills.
- Work well as a team and build relationships to the global partners.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus on all areas of responsibility concurrently.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with customer service and call/chat handling.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $22 – $23 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
