Overview
Titan Machinery is looking for a customer-focused and technology-driven IT Support Analyst to provide first-level technical support to employees across the organization. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, networking issues, and business applications while helping ensure our team members have the technology they need to be successful.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, remote assistance, and in-person support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Support and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Configure, deploy, repair, and track company technology assets.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, VoIP phone systems, mobile device plans, printing solutions, and shipping software.
- Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures within the help desk system.
- Contribute to and maintain the IT knowledge base to improve support efficiency.
- Assist with basic administration and monitoring of data center hardware and software.
- Collaborate effectively with IT team members and business stakeholders.
- Travel to regional locations as needed to install, configure, and support technology equipment.
- Participate in an on-call support rotation.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associates degree in Business or IT or 2 years’ work related and/or related military experience
- Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
- Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, and prioritize work based on severity
- Ability to travel on a limited basis, with overnights included, and work flexible hours

Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT, or 4 years’ work related and/or related military experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Network skills and experience including TCP/IP; DHCP, DNS, Domains, Active Directory
- Network + Certification or equivalent experience/knowledge
