    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Analyst to join our growing team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network related issues

    - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner

    - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals

    - Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance

    - Conduct regular system backups and perform data recovery when necessary

    - Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures

    - Train staff on the use of new software and technology solutions

    - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements

    - Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades

    - Maintain inventory of hardware and software and assist with procurement as needed

    - Provide after-hours support as needed for urgent IT issues

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

    - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

    - Experience with network troubleshooting and administration

    - Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications

    - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    - Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional support
