IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst, Cairo, Georgia (GA), Full Time, 1st Shift,

Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams., Implements computer solutions that are cost-effective while maintaining an acceptable level of customer

service.

• Demonstrates awareness of customer needs and perform job duties to effectively meet those needs.
• Analyzes computer-related situations and make decisions which deal with variables in situation where

standardization exists.

• Performs needed upgrades on PC hardware and software programs.
• Communicates with customers, vendors, and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.

Demonstrates accurate and effective oral and written communication skills with customers, coworkers, and

the community.

• Creates users on the network.
• Restores files to users off of backups, as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned
