JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide strategic planning, coordination, and implementation of innovation and special technology initiatives for City of Little Rock Departments; to lead the organizational change management (OCM) and adoption activities that ensure those initiatives deliver business value; identifies and oversees specialized IT initiatives by translating departmental needs into prioritized project demands, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, technical architecture, performance goals, and the City’s artificial intelligence (AI) and data direction, while fostering innovation across the organization.
