IT Specialist

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + Overtime & Comprehensive Benefits

We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot client network, hardware, and applications.
• Provide both onsite and in-house support.
• Keep accurate records of all tasks and issues resolved.
• Work on network and server migration, security firewall, and desktop troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

• Active Directory
• M365 Administration
• Windows Server 2016 - 2025
• Windows Services including GP/ DHCP / DNS / AD
• VMWare/Hyper-V Experience
• Server Support
• SonicWall / UniFi Networks
• WAN / LAN Troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Ideally 3-5 years of MSP experience.
• Experience Programming Firewalls
• Experience Building Servers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous technology consulting experience.
• Strong research and troubleshooting abilities.

Education:

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), A+, Network+ or equivalent experience.
