Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains network operating systems.
• Maintains virtual server environment.
• Secures system data via backup operation.
• Creates and maintains active directory accounts.
• Troubleshoots complex system problems and provides high level support to users.
• Maintains job logs and distributes reports to end users.
• Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems.
• Utilizes the help desk system as designed for problem reporting and change management accurately documents instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removal.
• Follows and enforces all departmental standards, security, run instructions, backup, and recovery and shift turnover procedures.
• Other duties may apply.
• Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of the Rivers Casino - Des Plaines ICS.

Job Requirements:

• Computer Science Degree and/or Four (4) Year BA Degree preferred
• Must be able to successfully complete and maintain pre-employment and employment requirements
• Detail-oriented, with ability to multi-task
• Should be proficient in multiple casino software systems including but not limited to KCMS, Infinium, 1st Advantage/HRLogix, Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, twisting, bending and lifting
