IT Specialist Denver, PA
Summary The Information Technology (IT) Specialist is a computer support and security administrator who assists DenTech Industrial with managing hardware, software, networking, and solving problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Offer technical support to DenTech staff and troubleshoot computer problems. Install and update company software and hardware as needed. Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items. Serve as a Help Desk to DenTech employees as needed. Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Associates Degree, or specific certification in field of expertise. Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Keen attention to detail. Good organization, time management, and prioritization skills. Efficient troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening. Great customer service and interpersonal skills. Remain current with industry trends and technology as updates are released regularly for software, hardware, and computer components.
