IT Specialist

Responsibilities/Duties: - Provide technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems, including PC"s, user accounts, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic network/server tasks. Our client is looking for an IT Specialist to join their team. Our client is a tier two automotive parts manufacturer that specializes in the production of door locks, seat locks, sunroof rails, and more.

The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing support for office and plant technology systems and the ERP system.



Requirements/Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in an IT support role
- 1+ years experience within manufacturing (automotive preferred)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience troubleshooting computers
- Basic understanding of networks and servers

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems, including PC"s, user accounts, printers, Microsoft 365, and basic network/server tasks
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed, manage applicable licenses and certificates
- Work with 3rd party IT vendor as needed
- Research and report technology costs
- Provide support for ERP system
- Other duties as directed
