You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain systems, and help keep our employees productive and our infrastructure running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone with a few years of hands-on IT experience who enjoys solving problems and working directly with end users.What You'll DoProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organizationManage the full user lifecycle across our business systems: onboarding, offboarding, access changes, and licensingTroubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and local network problemsMonitor and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as neededAssist with routine maintenance, patching, and updates for workstations and serversHelp enforce IT security best practices, including password policies, MFA, SSO, and endpoint protectionWhat We're Looking For2–5 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar technical roleSolid understanding of the Windows operating systemExperience with AD / Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and common business softwareFamiliarity with networking fundamentalsStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues methodicallyExcellent communication skills and a customer-service mindsetAbility to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectivelyAble to work on-site in Ashland, WI dailyNice to HaveRelevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, etc.)Experience supporting field or mobile workforcesFamiliarity with ticketing systemsBasic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automating routine tasksExperience with Azure or equivalent cloud platformsWhat We OfferCompetitive Wage: $22-$25 per hourHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development / certification reimbursement
