The IT Software Engineer III to serve as a technical leader within our Applications team. This position provides leadership in the design, evaluation, and implementation of business technology solutions built on Power Apps, SQL, our enterprise content management (ECM) system, and WordPress, while providing hands-on technical guidance, mentorship, and direction to fellow team members.The incumbent is expected to exercise sound, independent technical judgment; communicate recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike; and uphold high standards of quality, security, and maintainability across the team's work. This position will work with PERSI staff to build stronger relationships with our members at every step of their retirement journey.
