We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-curious student to join Goodwin’s Information Technology team as an IT Service Delivery Coordinator Co-op. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting firmwide technology initiatives that are fast-paced, innovative, and impactful.

Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn how technology including AI and automation, can enhance collaboration and efficiency. The role blends meeting coordination, documentation management and emerging technology solutions, and is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, and teamwork.

What you do

• Attend project meetings, review and refine AI-generated meeting notes for accuracy and clarity.
• Organize and maintain notes, summaries, and action items to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings with leaders and stakeholders across the firm.
• Support the development of workflows, templates, and automation solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Develop familiarity with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support processes and associated workflows within IT Service Delivery.
• Learn and apply Microsoft 365 tools and applications (e.g., Teams, Loop, Notes, Forms, Planner) to help streamline manual processes.
• Assist with developing workflows or templates that improve project tracking and communication.
• Assist in building and testing GPTs and bot solutions to automate simple and moderately complex workflows.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Service Delivery team.

Who you are

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and interest in learning additional Microsoft 365 tools.
• Basic understanding of project coordination and process improvement concepts.
