Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the DMV area.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Geeks.Online services.
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in IT services or technology-related fields.
Strong understanding of consultative sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM experience is a plus).
Ability to manage a territory and travel within the DMV region as needed.
Tech-savvy with the ability to grasp and explain basic IT concepts.
Commission Structure:
Recurring Revenue (Managed IT Services): Earn 50% of the profit in the first year, 30% in the second year, and 10% in the third year for subscription services.
One-Time Sales (Hardware Sales, Setup Fees, etc.): Earn 50% of the profit on all new one-time sales.
Estimated Annual Earnings: $60,000â$120,000+ based on performance, with top performers exceeding $150,000.
