Key Responsibilities of the IT Service Desk Specialist

• Deliver responsive on-site IT support, serving as the primary point of contact for all user incidents and requests
• 
  
• Own full-cycle ticketing management: triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues using the internal IT support portal
• 
  
• Manage new and exiting user hardware, network/phone setups, and recurring device lifecycle tasks for 100+ employees
• 
  
• Oversee IT asset inventory and physical allocation
• 
  

Must-Have Skills/Experience (Required)

• 
  
• 1+ year of IT support experience, including help desk/ticketing systems (any platform)
• 
  
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments and basic networking
• 
  
• Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing setting
