The County of Santa Barbaras Information Technology Department (ITD) is seeking an experienced, customer-focused leader to serve as its IT Service Delivery Manager. This role leads ITDs full-service technology support function: IT Customer Support, the countywide Service Desk, and Business Relationship Management, shaping how County departments receive technology services. Paid Time Off
