Summary
The IT Sr. Project Manager manages overall coordination of IT solution programs or projects, from planning through implementation. S/he will also be involved in process-related solutions and development projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
The IT Sr. Project Manager will perform the following duties in a safe, productive, and effective manner:
Requirements
Bachelor's with emphasis in IT or a Business - Related field or equivalent combination of education and experience of 8 or more years
Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with program or project management methodologies in order to work with intricate, multifaceted projects
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook (e-Mail) and MS Project
Must have experience with direct payroll transformation ownership
Background in IT programs or project management with five or more years managing complex projects
1-2 years in a leadership position
Substantial experience at a mid-sized company (or better) managing Financial and Construction applications and process improvement programs or projects
Experience must exhibit progressively increasing project management and business acumen.
Items Considered a PLUS:
PMP Certification
Experience using Viewpoint - VISTA Construction Management software
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Must be able to travel by automobile or airplane to implement conduct business meetings, review performance audits and attend conferences, etc.
On-call availability and periodic afterhours work
