GENERAL PURPOSE
The IT Senior Project Analyst is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing Enterprise Technology Portfolio projects, with a focus on technology infrastructure.
Projects will typically involve multiple infrastructure layers which can include on-premises and cloud-based server, database, storage, network, load balancer, and firewall. This role ensures successful execution of project plans and adherence to Ross SDLC standards. This role emphasizes strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include project planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, change management, and quality assurance. The analyst partners with stakeholders to structure solution options, mitigate risks, and drive organizational change. They will leverage tools such as MS Office, OnePlan, and SharePoint to maintain documentation, track progress, and deliver key reports. Additionally, this role involves mentoring junior analysts and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback
However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work

The base pay range for this role $99,900.00 to $185,300.00. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
