Position Summary
Design and implement enterprise data architecture solutions supporting business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Provide technical leadership for data platforms, integration, governance, and analytics solutions.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality data capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver enterprise data architecture strategies, roadmaps, and standards.
Design and maintain data solutions, including:
Databases
Data warehouses
Data lakes
Analytics platforms
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data architectures.
Lead the design of data integration, ingestion, transformation, and data management solutions.
Establish and enforce standards for:
Data governance
Metadata
Data lineage
Data quality
Data security
Define data models and architecture patterns supporting reporting, analytics, and operational requirements.
Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and platforms.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards.
Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to project and engineering teams.
Drive data modernization initiatives using reusable, cost-effective, and scalable data services.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Significant experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
Strong expertise in:
Data modeling
Data governance
Data integration
Cloud-based data platforms
Experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Experience with data warehousing and data lake technologies.
Familiarity with metadata and governance tools such as Collibra and Unity Catalog.
Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC).
Knowledge of data security, RBAC, privacy controls, and data quality frameworks.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
