Description

Summary:

  • Work Mode: Remote, EST required

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions with a focus on business value, cost savings, and operational efficiency across investment workflows.
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for production automation stability by proactively monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents to maintain a zero-defect delivery posture.
  • Evaluate automation requests and emerging AI capabilities to determine the optimal solution approach, deciding when RPA, AI, or a hybrid model is appropriate.
  • Build and maintain React-based front-end interfaces that surface automation outputs, operational dashboards, and AI-powered workflow tools.
  • Integrate LLM APIs and AI-native patterns into automation and operational tooling where applicable.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner during PI planning and sprint ceremonies to translate business requirements into deliverable automation epics and user stories.
  • Partner with business units to gather requirements, assess automation opportunities, and design workflows that meet operational and regulatory needs.
  • Document automation architecture, design decisions, and process flows using Arc42 or equivalent frameworks.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, establishing code quality standards and AI integration patterns.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging automation and AI tooling.
  • Act as a liaison and represent automation capabilities when interacting with Intelligent Automation teams across the enterprise.

Requirements:

  • Production-level RPA design and delivery; UiPath certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in React 18, TypeScript, and integration with REST/API backends.
  • Availability for core EST business hours and sprint/PI ceremonies.
  • Experience in process assessment, ROI/cost-saving analysis, solution design, and implementation planning.
  • Experience in monitoring, incident triage, root cause analysis, and remediation of live automation environments.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic APIs.
  • Participation in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and backlog refinement; Jira proficiency.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience with Snowflake data querying, pipeline integration, and analytics workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce workflow configuration, API integration, or administration.
  • Proficiency in Python or C# scripting and custom component development within automation pipelines.
  • Experience with Arc42, design specs, API contracts, and operational runbooks.
