Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Specialist with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the migration of enterprise authentication services from legacy identity platforms to modern cloud-based IAM solutions. This consultant will play a key role in designing, implementing, and validating secure authentication environments while ensuring a seamless migration with minimal business disruption.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing identity and authentication environments and integrations.
• Develop and execute IAM migration strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Configure and administer PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Design, implement, and validate Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist with transition activities.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and migrating Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, and modern authentication architectures.
• Experience migrating legacy authentication platforms, including ForgeRock/OpenAM.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise IAM migration projects.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with enterprise IAM modernization initiatives.
• Background supporting hybrid identity environments.
• Industry security certifications are a plus.
