    • Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents across the organization's IT environment
    • Support the implementation and maintenance of security controls, policies, and procedures
    • Conduct vulnerability assessments and assist with remediation planning
    • Review system access and identity management practices to support compliance and security standards
    • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and address security risks
    • Assist with security audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance activities
    • Document findings, incident responses, and security recommendations clearly and accurately
    • Help strengthen identity and access management processes, including environments that may utilize tools such as SailPoint

    Work-from-home opportunity available. This position can be 100% remote.

    Preference for candidates within driving distance to Dayton, Ohio.

    • Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

    • Years of experience will be considered in lieu of formal education

    • Experience in IT security, information security, cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline

    • Understanding of security principles, risk management, and incident response practices

    • Familiarity with vulnerability management, access controls, and security monitoring tools

    • Preference for candidates with experience using SailPoint

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
