Remote position. EST hours required.
Pay: $46.15-$53.85/hour. W2 only.
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Title: IT Security Administrator

Must Haves: We are not looking for a seasoned veteran. 1-3 years identity management experience is the ideal profile. ITIL certification is mandatory.

Job Description:

The IT Security Administrator will be responsible for day to day activities surrounding general user id administration and access controls/resource authorization requests across multiple environments/systems. The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to further advance and broaden their skill sets/Information Security & Technology acumen by being a part of a diversified IAM team and working with highly skilled professionals.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Day to day security administration of systems and user ids, which include creation, deletion, modification, password resets for all technologies supported.
• Process Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) requests, while ensuring access is removed for terminated workers.
• Assist the Service Desk when issues cannot be resolved at their level.
• Recommend and implement improvement initiatives to simplify and automate security administration processes.
• Responsible for notifying management of any concerns raised by the requestor and/or anticipating escalation.
• Ensure adherence to all Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures. Notify management when discrepancies are found in Job Aids to ensure they are updated accordingly.
• Participate in projects and initiatives in support of regulatory, audit and IAM directives when called upon.
• Collate statistical data as requested in support of IAM operational and risk metrics

Qualifications/Requirements:
• ITIL certification is mandatory
• 1-3 years' experience of Security Administration or equivalent experience is required.
• Working knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ, OKTA, UNIX, LDAP,Active Directory, RSA AM VPN/Remote Access is required 
• Thorough understanding of various Identity & Access Management Concepts necessary
• Have exposure to handle Global customers via Phone and focused on Customer Centricity. Helpdesk process visibility preferred.
• Strong Customer handling skills

Desired Skills:
• Banking/finance/payment card industry experience preferred
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Self-Motivated
• Developed & published compliance dashboards
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
