About the Role:Sequretek Inc is looking for a driven and dynamic IT Sales Manager to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ. Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the IT and cybersecurity market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to drive performance
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or cybersecurity sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity products, or managed services
- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
