IT Rotational Associate

Under broad supervision, the IT Professional will work in one of the four different Information Technology functional areas at CNA based upon the candidates interest and CNA's business needs: 1) Application Development, 2) Service Management, 3) Project Management, and 4) Quality Assurance and Testing.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Analyze Requirements & procedures
Document procedures and recommend process improvements
Act as liason and build relationships with client & project team
Develop & analyze reporting tools, create metrics
Create data repositories
Update project plans and identify risks
Research root causes of any issues that arise out of reports, process, project plans, etc.

Storage Area Network Engineering
IT Security Engineering
Internet and Middleware Engineering

Database (Oracle, SQL) Engineering

Project management, quality assurance & vendor management:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical skills with MS Power Point, Excel, Visio, MS Word.
Technical skills in programming and database management a plus.

Building relationships with your assigned project teammates and your clients.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Infrastructure, or equivalent.1) Prefer related internship in application program development or other related IT experience. 2) Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois,Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $47,000 to $78,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
