Under broad supervision, the IT Professional will work in one of the four different Information Technology functional areas at CNA based upon the candidates interest and CNA's business needs: 1) Application Development, 2) Service Management, 3) Project Management, and 4) Quality Assurance and Testing.JOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze Requirements & proceduresDocument procedures and recommend process improvementsAct as liason and build relationships with client & project teamDevelop & analyze reporting tools, create metricsCreate data repositoriesUpdate project plans and identify risksResearch root causes of any issues that arise out of reports, process, project plans, etc.

Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Infrastructure, or equivalent.1) Prefer related internship in application program development or other related IT experience. 2) Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0

In District of Columbia,California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois,Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $47,000 to $78,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
