Position SummaryWe're looking for an entry-level IT Representative to support the day-to-day technology needs of our clinic. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT equipment, providing support for the e-Clinical Works EMR system across clinic workstations, supporting staff with technical questions, and helping ensure our systems run smoothly and securely. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.
