IT Recruiter 6-Month Contract

GSD Search is partnering with an Indianapolis-based organization seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a six-month contract assignment. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance
Recruit for a range of IT and technical positions
Build targeted candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Screen candidates for technical qualifications, communication skills, and organizational fit
Partner with hiring managers to refine requirements and provide market feedback
Maintain accurate candidate and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
Provide consistent communication and a professional experience throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications:
Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, with an emphasis on IT or technical roles
Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working a hybrid schedule in Indianapolis
