Purpose of Position
The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruitment, interviews and recommending external and or internal candidates for entry level and experienced professional and technical jobs, including information technology and industry specific disciplines.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Manage full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onsite interviews, offers and closing candidates.
- Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and prescreen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Partner with managers and HR partners in ensuring job description content accurately reflects described roles.
- Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
- Leverage social media, local and online career fairs, and job boards to increase corporate visibility and identify potential candidates.
- Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
- Develop and nurture an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of hiring goals.
Minimum Education- Associates degree preferred
Minimum Experience- 3 plus years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Previous experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management software preferred.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices,
- Highly organized, comfortable working in fast paced environments.
- High energy, enthusiastic promoter of the organization and career opportunities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate. The employee may be required to stand; walk; sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view monitors, technical documents, and reference material. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
