Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution. Also responsible for employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management. Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas. Leads and coordinates technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives. Ensures successful execution of project roadmaps, budget management, and stakeholder alignment while mitigating risks and optimizing resources. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. Manages stakeholder relationships, provides executive-level project oversight, and leads the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks. Has strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps). Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform). Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure.Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.Relevant Experience: 6-10 years of experience leading IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing technical implementations.Responsibilities: Provides formalized leadership and continuing work direction to assigned teams, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
