Job Description Summary
The IT Project Manager leads and coordinates initiatives across the IT function, supporting the IT separation from one company to another while ensuring continuity of day-to-day operations.
- This role is pivotal in driving the timely delivery of strategic programs and maintaining effective stakeholder management.
- Acts as a direct support to the CIO and IT Leadership Team by collecting, structuring, analyzing, and presenting data to enable informed decision making.
- Supports bandwidth constrained leadership by representing key leads in strategic discussions, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling focus on business-critical priorities.
- Oversees end to end data management, including data collection, processing, and tailoring outputs to different audiences.
- Establishes and enforces structured governance across multiple workstreams, including those with extensive documentation requirements and complex sub streams.
- The candidate can work through large documentation and extract key messages to this audience

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for non-technical audiences.
- Support the material gathering, review of materials across functions, and drive conclusions

- Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ownership of the IT communication on the internal communication portal
- Supports the Project Demand process of the function
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Field of Study Computer Sciences, Business or Communications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT project manager or program management experience
- Pharmaceuticals or related GMP experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate a high-level of flexibility and able to manage different priorities
- Shaping security posture in context of business requirements and risk appetite
- Being able to work across the different functions in IT
- Being able to work with business functions globally
- Understanding of end-user communications needs, verbally and written
- Winning spirit, ambitious, poised to go the extra mile
- Drive and inspire the organization to follow and deliver excellence
