The Schwab Technology Services (STS) Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) organization partners with business and technology leaders to prioritize and execute the work that drives Schwab's most important strategic initiatives.

As an IT Project Manager you will lead medium to large-scale, cross-functional programs that enable business growth, technology modernization, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation. Your ability to build trusted partnerships, align diverse stakeholders, and drive outcomes will directly influence the successful delivery of high-impact initiatives across the firm.

Success in this role requires the ability to communicate clearly across all organizational levels, lead through ambiguity, and influence without direct authority. You will leverage Agile practices, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business value while helping teams adapt, learn, and continuously improve. This is an opportunity to perform challenging, meaningful work while developing leadership capabilities, expanding your strategic influence, and contributing to innovative solutions that shape the future of Schwab.
