As an IT Project Manager, Senior Specialist in the Bank and Trust Services Portfolio Management team you will be responsible for managing and delivering initiatives that introduce, improve, or support capabilities within the bank and trust services organization.
You will play a key role in driving complex, business-critical technology programs that enhance internal operations and improve the delivery of products and services. You will lead programs from initiation through implementation, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business and technology functions to deliver outcomes that align with strategic priorities. In this role, you will balance project oversight, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution while ensuring initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to organizational objectives.
Success in this role requires strong project management capabilities, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while making sound decisions. You will collaborate with diverse teams to define priorities, coordinate resources, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams. By identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing effective solutions, you will help strengthen operational efficiency, enhance stakeholder experiences, and contribute to long-term business success.
