Introduction

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Release Train Engineer (RTE). This role involves managing a component of a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives for a single business unit. The candidate will be responsible for the creation and development of technology solutions that align with business needs and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in design principles and design patterns.
• 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager.
• Experience gathering required information into Business Requirements, Documents, wireframes, epic and story writing, flow diagrams, data mapping, test plans, use cases, and scenarios.
• Extensive experience working in an Agile Scrum Master environment.
• Proficiency in Scrum, sprint planning, burndown and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced technical skills and ability to provide technical leadership.
• Good understanding of financial/banking processes and domain.
• Good communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology.
• Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
• Experience in business case development across functional groups.
• Experience as a strategic business partner in IT environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology partners.
• Experience with JIRA, Rally, or similar Agile project management software, as well as Wiki and SharePoint tools.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation of programs, projects, or processes.
• Coordinate the translation of business strategy into work programs and processes.
• Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and internal IT management.
