Key Responsibilities for the IT Project Manager:
- Lead end-to-end system implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking timelines, risks, budgets, and key deliverables
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align technology solutions with business needs
- Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and support end-user training efforts
- Gather user feedback and drive continuous improvements to systems, workflows, and operational processes
Qualifications for the IT Project Manager:
- Highly proficient with IT project management in an agile environment
- CAPM or PMP preferred
- Strong ERP and enterprise application experience, including systems integration and reporting knowledge
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and business process automation tools
