IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager with 1 to 3 + years of experience. Manage multiple IT projects at the same time across infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and system upgrades, making sure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.

Create and maintain project plans, track progress, manage budgets and resources, and address risks or issues before they become bigger problems.

Work closely with developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity professionals, business teams, vendors, and senior management to keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goals.

Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment where priorities can change quickly, deadlines are tight, and multiple projects require attention at the same time.

Lead teams with different working styles and personalities, handle difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and keep people motivated and accountable while maintaining strong working relationships.

Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives, including security assessments, vulnerability remediation, risk management, access controls, and compliance efforts, ensuring security requirements are considered throughout each project.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders on project updates, challenges, risks, and timelines, and take ownership of projects from planning through implementation and final delivery, ensuring quality and business needs are met.
