This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
  • Knowledge/experience with large scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Self-motivation, self-direction, and organizational skills
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate routines to support technology delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
  • Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
  • Gather/facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
  • Ensure execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders
  • Track success metrics and review performance with stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution
