Payrate: $70.00 - $75.00/hr.
 
Summary:
This role covers the Legal, Contracts and Compliance workstream of a confidential disposal programme, along with the Go-to-Market and Operations workstream. The PM coordinates across legal, compliance, commercial and operational teams to manage contract novation, separation obligations, regulatory requirements and commercial separation across Sales, Marketing and Publishing Operations.
 
Must have:

• 5+ years as a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager (not Programme or Portfolio Manager)
• M&A, carve-out or divestiture experience
• Experience working with Legal and Compliance teams in a project delivery capacity
• Familiarity with contract novation, re-negotiation, or legal/commercial separation
• Experience delivering commercial or go-to-market change, ideally across Sales, Marketing or operations
• Ability to manage sensitive workstreams with accuracy and discretion
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management across legal, commercial and operational teams
• Able to run two workstreams in parallel and priorities in a fast-moving, dependency-heavy environment

 
Nice to have:

• Go-to-Market or commercial operations separation exposure
• Publishing or media industry background

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $75.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
