We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience to lead complex technology initiatives from planning through completion. This role is responsible for keeping projects aligned across scope, schedule, resources, cost, risk, and deliverables while coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Responsibilities- Lead IT projects through planning, execution, implementation, transition, and completion.
- Own project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage technology implementations, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
- Identify project risks, issues, and changes early and drive appropriate resolution or contingency planning.
- Coordinate work across business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, contractors, and other project resources.
- Develop project plans, estimates, status updates, requirements materials, and leadership communications.
- Track project performance, vendor obligations, and contractual deliverables while escalating concerns when necessary.
- Maintain alignment with established project management standards and identify opportunities to improve execution practices.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience leading IT projects.
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in a project-based environment is required.
- 3+ years of experience working across SDLC/PMLC environments and multiple delivery approaches, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid models.
- Proven experience managing complex technology implementations, upgrades, or major system enhancements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and collaboration or project management platforms such as SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities, project risks, conflicts, and competing deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working across technical, business, leadership, and external stakeholder groups.
