Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile delivery, Jira, and project and portfolio management, and a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget while aligning with financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Plan, execute, and close projects while managing scope, schedule, resources, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project health, identify risks and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
• Align delivery with financial principles and budget management requirements.
• Provide clear, data-driven status reporting and presentations to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Agile tools, especially Jira, and project management tools.
• Proven experience in project management and Agile frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and budget management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Risk identification and mitigation capabilities.
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting project status to leadership.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

• Coaching and mentoring team members.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Certification in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).

Role Logistics

• Start month: December.
• Onsite expectation: Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite per week.
• Interview process: 1-2 rounds, video or in person.
• Work authorization: Must not require sponsorship now or in the future.
