Job Description:-
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III / Senior Agile Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project management, hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality applications and software solutions while ensuring project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of software development projects using Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, project estimation, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Agile Project Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints to ensure successful delivery.
• Work with technical teams to ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done are clearly established and met.
• Use Jira for project tracking, workflow management, sprint execution, and release planning.
• Monitor project progress, analyze delivery metrics, and communicate status updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, collaboration, and effective project governance.
• Support teams transitioning between Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates without a degree should have at least 7 years of relevant Project Management or IT experience.
• At least 4 years of IT and/or business experience, including hands-on management of Agile IT projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Previous leadership experience as an IT Project Manager, Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Team Lead, or Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum practices, sprint planning, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking and release planning.
• Experience working with hybrid Agile/Waterfall teams and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Strong project planning, risk management, scope management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification or experience.
