We are seeking experienced Senior Technical Project Managers to support a large-scale payment processing platform used by mid-sized businesses. This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role where you will serve as the central leader responsible for driving multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing complex technical projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with engineering teams, business stakeholders, clients, and external partners to support platform implementations, client onboarding, and ongoing product enhancements.Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage 5–8 concurrent projects, including new client implementations and ongoing platform enhancement initiatives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, business stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors
• Support onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the payment processing platform
• Drive delivery of new features, enhancements, and use cases for existing clients
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical deliverables
• Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful execution
• Ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables align with overall business goals
• Manage competing priorities and drive projects through completion in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:
• Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager leading complex technical initiatives
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience translating business requirements into technical project plans and deliverables
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and changing requirementsPreferred:
• Experience within payments, financial technology (FinTech), banking, or credit card processing environments
• Familiarity with .NET and/or Azure-based technology platforms
• Previous software development, technical leadership, or engineering experience
• Ability to interpret Statements of Work (SOWs), technical specifications, and architectural documentation
• Experience supporting client-facing implementations and onboarding initiatives
