Description

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Project Manager I (Web & Digital) for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in NY, NY – Hybrid.
 
Job Details:

  • Pay: $52.24 hr to Start!!
  • 4-month assignment, possibility extension next year based on performance and budget.
  • Monday – Friday, standard hours.
  • Position will be responsible for responsible for the management, documentation, and delivery of the project plan, inclusive of timeline, scope, and budget requirements of a new brand acquisition into the Professional Products Division.
  • The duration of the assignment is 4 months in 2026 with extension of the contract into next year with approval of next year's budget. As of this year's budget, there is an allocation of funding for this role until the end of the year with the expectation that there will be no blockers to extend the contract and budget for 2027.
  • The candidates must be proficient in creating and managing timelines in ServiceNow, or another project management tool that can import in ServiceNow. The candidate must have experience and proficiency in working in ServiceNow.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • College Degree required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital & web strategy with strong existing knowledge of indirect and direct-to-consumer website operations.
  • Great project manager with strong cross-functional relationship management and keen ability to keep projects on track.
  • Strong ability to manage complexity and manage multiple large projects that touch many stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills and prioritization.
  • Ability to effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans.
  • Passion and understanding for digital (strategy and basic technical).
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint).
  • Beauty industry is a big plus.
