About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager IV to lead complex technology projects that support important business goals. This role is ideal for a strategic, proactive project leader who can bring structure to complex initiatives, manage risks, and work effectively with both technical and business teams.

You’ll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver projects, solve challenges, communicate progress, and ensure projects create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple complex IT projects and technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and resource challenges early and develop mitigation plans.
• Track project performance and provide clear updates to leadership.
• Present recommendations, risks, tradeoffs, and solutions to decision-makers.
• Coordinate project activities from planning through successful delivery.
• Look for opportunities to improve project delivery through AI, automation, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years supporting IT initiatives; OR 11+ years of related business experience.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects.
• Strong project planning, organization, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, risks, and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing large-scale technology programs or portfolios.
• Experience working with senior executives and business leadership.
• Experience with AI, automation, or emerging technologies.
• Experience with enterprise project management methodologies or PMO environments.
• Experience driving process improvements and measurable business outcomes.
