Description

Summary:

  • Pay Rate: 129.95
  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Location: Tulsa, OK
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (Mon-Thu in-office, Fri remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multiple complex IT projects and programs with significant organizational impact
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance artifacts to ensure successful delivery
  • Understand business objectives, requirements, project risks, dependencies, and the full project lifecycle
  • Anticipate risks, issues, and resource constraints early and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery
  • Partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes
  • Provide clear, concise project performance reporting, executive communications, and recommendations to leadership
  • Facilitate decision-making by presenting options, tradeoffs, risks, and solution paths

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience, with at least three (3) years supporting information technology initiatives OR eleven (11) years of related business experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technology projects
  • Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
